ABOUT JEFF

Background:

Since joining Slatt Capital in 2000 and after closing several-hundred commercial transactions nationwide, Jeff has consistently been one of Slatt Capital’s top producers. He has close relationships with Slatt’s roster of correspondent lenders, as well as a wide breadth of open market lending sources, and deep expertise securing financing for the full spectrum of property types. Prior to joining Slatt Capital in 2000, Jeff was a Mortgage Banker with Central Pacific Mortgage. He regularly serves as a guest speaker at several real estate venues, working with many of the top developers, investors, and commercial brokers throughout California.

 

Affiliations:

Jeff formally served on the re-election finance committee for the Mayor of Sacramento and is a current member of the Mortgage Banking Association, Association of Commercial Real Estate, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

 

Education:

Jeff is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
